1. License Grant
By purchasing or accessing a dataset or research report from Transportation Industry Insights, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the data for internal business operations, research, and analysis.
2. Permitted Uses
You may extract insights, generate internal presentations, and use aggregated statistics in external publications provided that Transportation Industry Insights is cited as the source.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publicly share the raw datasets, full reports, or substantial portions of the data in any form without explicit written consent.
4. Attribution
Any public reference to data derived from our datasets must include clear attribution to Transportation Industry Insights.
